Ravenswood Park and Stage Fort Park
Gloucester, Massachusetts

Ravenswood Park is an awesome spot! with nearly 10 miles of trails and paths winding through its picturesque 600 acres, this is a great place for exploring. parking is free in the small lot at the entrance, but a donation is always welcome. you can roam freely and go on or off the beaten path depending on your sense of adventure. if you prefer a more guided experience, the Hermit's Haven Quest treasure hunt through the trails is for you!

just down the road from Ravenswood Park is Stage Fort Park and the Gloucester Welcoming Center. overlooking the water, you'll enjoy the fresh salty air and beauty of the harbor. parking is free at the welcoming center, and is intended for those staying for a very brief visit. if you wish to spend more time enjoying the expansive playground, picnicking or would like to relax at Half Moon beach and Cressy's beach, both located on-site, you may pay $10 to park for the day.
